Есть возможность применить только на http, т.е.
wget -np -m http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/4.1/branch/
Требуется только бины для noarch и i586. Какие папки нужно скачать,
чтобы потом использовать скаченное, как локальный репозиторий?
