В кратце почитал про указанные пакеты. Получается что для их
работоспособности нужно устанавливать, настраивать много чего еще
(может и ошибаюсь) и задачи их скорее для сервера. А требуется что-то
вроде пакета knemo, только с фильтрацией по ip-адресам к которым я
обращаюсь, так как по некоторым ссылкам можно ходить бесплатно, а по
не которым нет. Система обычная (домашний пк).
