Спасибо! Я правильно понял, что можно создать другой файл в
/etc/defaults/ и в нем указать другую skel-dir? И если это
будет другой ru_RU (а не только by_BY или uk_UA) -- то будет
создаваться ~/.i18n? А он при запуске "перебивает"
системный?
А можно просто другую skel-dir указать?
Я почему такой настырный. В w2k так просто есть возможность
указывать национальную версию для каждого аккаунта (с
помощью специальной "приблуды" от M$). И такая i18n-ция
очень актуальна, особенно для переключения с русского на
русский;-)
