В бивисе гляньте сколько температура проца на холостом ходу.
Ну и добавьте 10-15 - будет рабочая.
Вот ситуация с перезагрузкой - настораживающая.
Не исключено что память свистит.
Камень то у вас не слишком "горячий", да и кулер вроде как не плохой.
