Если честно, я не совсем понял, каким образом локаль влияет на X-ы.
У freetype вроде ж как нет конфигов. Или есть?
Мне интересно, как настроить _определённому_юзеру_ (а не всем) X-ы
(да и локаль) на UTF-8. Надо будет снова перечитать технологию
русификации.
