Приветствую.
А кто с подставой от google earth сталкивался (про --force и --noscripts беды
известные) ?
# rpm -ivh --force --noscripts google-earth-stable_current_x86_64.rpm

Сергей, а можно спросить, где вы взяли пакеты .rpm для googl-earth? В сизифе вроде нет. Я обычно бинарный
файл встраивал. Это что чья-то частная сборка?

Тут предлагают
32 bit .deb (For Debian/Ubuntu)
64 bit .deb (For Debian/Ubuntu)
32 bit .rpm (For Fedora/openSUSE)
64 bit .rpm (For Fedora/openSUSE)
в rpm-пакете упаковал /etc/cron.d, что вызывает конфликт, и часть скриптов не
работает. Можно сделать apt-get install <google-earth-....rpm>, посмотреть
список пакетов, оборвать установку и установить пакеты отдельно. Потом
пробовать вкатить пакет насильно. Но вот выяснятется, что x86_64 вовсе не
тот.
