Возможно, Вы выполнили однопользовательскую установку вместо
многопользовательской ("сетевой").
Чтобы OO.o (по крайней мере, версии <=1.1.0) корректно работал с
персонализированными данными, нужно выполнить многопользовательскую
установку.
