Да, конечно. Я хожу тоже через прокси на работе - с докачкой проблем
нет. В связи с наличием телефонного уплотнителя в офисе - скорость не
превышает 16800 бод. Читать почту получается и для использования apt -
самое то. За ночь 30-40 Мб получается.
