В корне неверно. Технологические - это те же самые болванки, только
без логотипа. Иногда дорогая болванка с красивой лейбой оказывается
хуже "лысой", т. к. "лысую" сделали на качественном оборудовании и
отправили в продажу, а не на перемаркировку, а дорогую слепили в
джунглях индии на устаревшем списанном оборудовании.
