Для меня не слишком актуально (хотя, кто знает, много работаю со
скандинавами), но хорошо бы в TODO. А то w2k по этому показателю
начинает обгонять:-( IMHO, именно в локализации/локализуемости
сила, а не в правде и не в деньгах :-) (см. Брат-2)
