Вопрос частично снялся.
Добавил в /etc/xinetd.d новый сервис, такой же как и proftpd но указал
port=30001. Вроде все заработало. Естественно что надо этот сервис назвать по
другому и в hosts.allow прописать. Хотя может и не надо, я не проверял.
Я так понял через xinetd это единственный способ добавления виртуальных хостов
через порты. по другому надо proftpd делать как standalone.
