Если Вам нужны нестандартные параметры, лучше воспользоваться пакетом
extendedPDF. Взять его можно на
http://freshmeat.net/projects/extendedpdf.
Кроме того, в новой версии OOo (1.9.xx/2.0) для фильтра экспорта в PDF
уже введены дополнительные настройки. Осталось только дождаться, когда
эта ветка будет более стабильной.
