это ограничение scsi-подсистемы ядра. На каждом scsi-устройстве
может быть не больше 15 разделов. Так было решено, чтобы
было легче поддерживать большее число scsi-дисков.
8, 16 - это номер у /dev/sdb - поэтому попытка работать с
"/dev/sda16" приведет к порче всего sdb
Поэтому ответ: "нет". Придется тебе обойтись 15 разделами или
перейти на LVM или на что еще.
