Господа, такой вот вопрос. У меня есть модемное соединение 128 КБпс но
когда кто нибудь из сетки начинает качать, он забивает весь канал ...
Подскажите как можно это решить... Пробовал Traffic Shaper не нашел
shapecfg говорять есть в QoS Traffic Control но документации я так и
не нашел ... Помогите плс ...
