У меня эта карточка не могла стоять рядом со скази контроллером -
шумела и щелкала, после разнесения обоих плат на максимально возможное
расстояние шум и щелчки существенно уменьшились.
Да - скази контроллер на близкое соседство карточки реагировал полным
отключением - его даже винда не находила.
