Про глюки последний раз слышал в 12-м билде. Сам ни разу не
сталкивался (кроме известного - с кодом элемента справочника).

А чем программист 1С хуже других?
На работе у меня 1С , дома - С++.
И почему "идиотизм"? Если у Вас будет программа написанная на языке
GRASP (помнит кто такой :), то для поддержки ее Вам понадобится
программист GRASP. По моему логично и нормально.
