Нет неправда ваша . У меня такая-же ситуация . Нигда такой глочки не
стоит . Только-что специально все облазил. Кстати этот arts
еще и очень тормозной гад если xmms играет через arts то
жрет порядка 80 % процессорного времени. А если через oss
то не более 5-6% .
(правда и машинка очень-очень )
