Не смешно, ибо так и стоит. Именно WIN. А все равно раскладка как в
древних ДОС-русификаторах и в Лексиконе. Так называемая раскладка
"пишущей машинки", где запятая с точкой стоят на цифрах 6 и 7
соответственно. В Windows там двоеточие и вопросительный знак.
