Оно, конечно, здорово. Но:
а) Про IRQ 15 программа-Setup для NE2000 и не слышала, там напрочь
отсутствуют IRQ 7, 14 и 15 (и вроде еще какие-то);
б) Порт COM2, как ты вероятно уже успел заметить, отрублен и на его IRQ
сидит NE2000.
