На самом деле, это действительно Ваша или вашего начальства работа. У
пользователя, по минимуму, должна быть памятка, в которой обозначено,
что он должен помнить, что он должен знать, и к кому он должен
обратиться, если чего-то не помнит или не знает.
В одной моей знакомой корпорации соответствующий документ оформлен в
виде наклейки, которая лепится на каждый новый монитор при
оприходовании.
