Я сам не использую, но мне кажется что он вполне уже для этого подходит.
Главное научись обновлять пакеты. Остальное все вроде работает.
Если твоему начальнику надо только почту смотреть и тексты править, то это не
проблема. Кстати думаю что Star Office 6.0 пойдет лучше.
Там даже Lines теперь есть. В Junior по крайней мере.
Ты можешь так настроить систему, что он никуда дальше своего каталога не уйдет.
И визуально его компьютер будет выглядеть примерно как электронная записная
книжка.
Проблемы могут начаться когда надо будет что то типа 1C ставить. Или подобное. У
меня большие сомнения что она в wine пойдет.
