Если Вам никто не ответил, то это означает только одно: настоящие
линуксоиды из принципа не слушают пятиканальный звук.

Лично я пока только заводил на SBLive5.1 - alsa поддерживает,
настраивать регуляторы нужно через alsamixer, т.к. у стандартых
AuMix/KMix позунков, которые включили бы задние каналы и регуляторы
тембров, нет.
Смотреть фильмы 5.1 пока только получалось через Xine.
