В SO 5.2 есть плюхи:
1) При сохранении в Word 97/2000 - при открытии многих
таких документов Word их прочитать не может, виснет.
2) При сохранении в RTF - периодически пропадает "я".
3) Бывают проблемы при открытии Word-doc и rtf
4) В эл. таблице с доступом к внешним данным обстоит
не здорово, многие средства анализа понятия не имеют,
как отбрасывать полуфабрикаты данных куда-либо, кроме
как в Ексель...
Т.е. проблемы могут быть, перед переходом все грабли
надо нанести на карту...
Психологически - тоже непросто, если "упадёт" ексель и
унесёт с собою документ - ексель у всех падает, все
это знают...
Если упадёт стар-кальк - кто будет виновен?
5) Под Linux у Star есть ряд "особенностей"...
Переходить - можно, нельзя этого делать нахрапом и с
криками "ура".

Так никто и не делает. А стар пока нас удовлетворяет в той области, в
которой мы работаем, т.е. "обычный офисный набор", не включающий
анализ данных в Excel-е и много другого.
P.S. Не смотрите на меня как на сотрудника Sun Microsystems, я
таковым не являюсь :-)
