Сам вчера спрашивал - сам вчера ответил.

Можно попробовать привинтить guppi к gnome-db. Сам не пробовал, но
скоро придётся. :)
Вообще, берите любой графический движок к My/PostgreSQL и
привинчивайте к нему KMatPlot и Kugar. Тоже выход, ИМХО. :)
