В общем случае это _верно_, а не верно может быть только в некоторых
частных случаях, когда тулза "all in one" (я вот обвешал сендмыл
мильтерами от snert.com и не погрешил против кошерности, но только
потому что что ему ничего не надо и по виньу он ничего не раскидал
лишку)... А если кто-то либы веером разбрасывает, то сборка из TGZ
приводит к тому, что пакетные зависимости пролетают, как фанера над
Парижем... И при злоупотреблении установкой из сырцов - apt нужен, как
собаке стоп-сигнал
