Есть несколько способов:
1) дописать в /etc/init.d/local в конец для запуска.
2) создать /etc/rc.d/rc.local, либо если существует, дописать в конец
3) создать полноценный скрипт в /etc/init.d/ и включить его на нужных
уровнях.
для простого однократного запуска достаточно 1 либо 2 - ибо они проще
