Сливаются, но не абы как, а по правилам, определенным в описании
формата MIME multipart/digest (номер RFC не помню).
Задача почтового клиента - "разобрать" этот дайджест и представить в
каком-то разумном виде. "Разумный вид" зависит от испорченности кармы
программиста, но корректная интерпретация заголовков каждого
вложенного в дайджест сообщения предполагается.
JT: а вот при вложенных дайджестах уже на третьем уровне спотыкаются
все известные мне "почтари" ;) Абсолютная мэйл-бомба :)
