нет. там rar-архив если я верно помню. в нем только один файл - новый
exe-шник. достаточно заменить им старый exe-шник.

Мне этот архив на попытку распаковки сказал "неизвестный метод"
(tb154b50.rar). Сегодня снова попробую.
