Доброго времени суток!
Заметил интересное поведение gnome в p6.
Если переключится в консоль (по ctrl-alt-f1) а потом вернутся обратно,
то в gnome слетают шрифты (на дефолтные). Запуск утилиты "Внешний вид"
из gnome-control-center возвращает шрифты к прежнему состоянию. Точно
такое-же поведение замечено и после выхода из "ждущего режима".
Куда копать?
