Хочу поделиться впечатлениями.
Вчера победил-таки SBLive5.1 и заставил его играть центральный канал
и сабвуфер, а также регулировать тембры.
Драйвера - Alsa. (Не OSS + emu-tools)
Достаточно было запустить alsa-mixer и:
- Выключить са-а-амый последний ползунок (забыл, как его там; при
этом сразу исчезнет шум из центрального канала)
Потом запустить Xine c фильмом, в ктором звук 5.1 и:
- не поднимать громкость, а именно _Включить_ канал surround кнопочкой
над регуляторами, так, чтобы динамики "загорелись" (правый
ползунок - это центр, левый - саб)
- включить такую же кнопочку над ползунками tone control (заработают
регуляторы тембра)
- покрутить до получения нормальной регулировки громкости:
- на фронтах: pcm и master volume (не влияет на остальные каналы)
- на центре и сабе: surround
- на тылах: ... забыл, но там и так легко найти, они недалеко от
основных. Могу дома посмотреть, если кому актуально.
