Судя по опыту P166+Junuor (+ обрывки Spring), X 4.х сильно глаже и
чуть-чуть быстрее, чем 3.x, KDE 2.2 ощутимо притормаживает (хотя не
так, как 2.0), BlackBox и ICE - "летают".
Я бы порекомендовал ставить Junior 1.1, добавляя по вкусу чего нет
со Спринга или из Сизифа.
Какой у Вас видеоадаптер?
