man rpm:
--builroot <каталог>
Использовать каталог <каталог> как корневой для сборки пакетов, переопределив значение макроса
%_buildroot и тэга BuildRoot.
[john@bug src]$ rpm --builroot /home/john/src
--builroot: unknown option
[john@bug src]$ rpm --buildroot /home/john/src
--buildroot: unknown option
И ээээ как?
