Есть в дистрибутиве, только я не могу вспомнить, как называется,
кажется -- yuedit. Попробуйте поискать в И-нете на слово Ziborra
или Zibora -- это фамилия автора, большого пропагандиста Unicode.
Фамилию тоже могу наврать:)
