Скорее организационные. На этой неделе из бранча создавался отдельный
репозиторий для школьного комплекта, и для избежания рейсов бранч был
заморожен. Это скоро закончится, не волнуйтесь.
А 4.1 действительно ожидается, и довольно скоро.
