Тут может быть одна тонкость, но это просто для информации. У
меня подобная карточка, и при переходе с ядра 2.2.19 на 2.4.5
выявился интересный момент:
2.2.19 нужно указать в modules.conf адрес и прерывание. Без
этого не работает.
2.4.5 встретив эти указания не может проинициализировать модуль
и карточка не работает. После убирания указаний на адрес и
прерывание, ядро 2.4.5 с гордостью автоматически устанавливает
ТОЧНО ТАКИЕ ЖЕ параметры, что и были:) Карточка работает.
