Итак, круг замкнулся.
GTKtalog все умеет, но не развивается и привязан к старым отмирающим
библиотекам. Дорабатывать-улучшать никто не берется, а с умным видом
взамен советуют совершенно неподходящие средства типа пушек для задач
типа разгона воробьев.
