Скайстарами и пр. DVB-картами. rpm -qi vdr

По-моему лучше несколько головок. Переключаться проще.

У меня SS1 -> VDR + модуль sc. Замечательно все показывает с меню,
телегидом, телетекстом, картинкой-в-картинке, записью видео, паузой
телевидения и т.п. (если драйвера не сломают). В списке больше 1000
каналов, смотрю около 120.
