Я как-то сталкивался с такой прогой два года назад... Просто
програмисты старперы, а банку денег жалко им давать на разработку под
вин. К тому же это сделано из-за "совместимости" так как не известно
какие машины и операционки у клиентов. Но все же такой беспредел может
быть только в нашей стране, ибо зарубежом ПО ЛЮБОМУ виноват тот кто
предоставляет услуги и в суде отвечать будет он. Если бы у вас что-то
накрылось из-за их программы? Кто бы за это нес ответственность? Вот
именно он и несет ответственность вообще. И в понятие ответственность
для банка входило предоставление полной и своевременной информации по
введению в эксплуатацию программы. Но им же выгоднее получать по 30
баксов так ведь? Совок.
