Здравствуйте!
Довожу до сведения уважаемой общественности, что для сетевого адаптера
Marwell 88E8001 Yukon Gigabit Ethernet controller (в моём случае
встроенный в ASUS A8V) и аналогичных, используется драйвер sk98lin,
который в ядрах 2.4.26 вплоть до alt13 уже отстал от жизни. Симптомы:
software error в dmesg при запуске и время от времени в процессе
работы (например, при запуске ifconfig), нулевые значения Rx и Tx в
ifconfig, хотя сеть при этом вроде работает. Для устранения этих
негативных явлений надо пересобирать ядро с новым драйвером. Я
использовал исходники из Сизифа
(http://www.sisyphus.ru/srpm/kernel-feat-drivers-net-sk98lin) и у меня
всё заработало. Собранный пакет имеется тут:
