Konqueror и KMail-- все пункты главного меню и выпадающего меню по-английски,
текст в окнах настройки русский.
Панель --- выпадающее меню английское. В главном меню пункты, настраиваемые через
menu -- русские, а выход из KDE называется Logout. Запрос на завершение сеанса ---
опять по-русски.
"Центр настройки KDE" --- внутри всё русское.
Это то, что вспомнилось сходу. Впечатляет как раз то, что русский с английским идут
вперемежку, в одних и тех же приложениях.
