Hello community,
Сегодня, в процессе установки сервера у провайдера наступил на
старые грабли: SMP ядро 2.4.26 ALM2.4, обычная PS/2 клава не
работает. Работает в бивисе, в lilo, а после загрузки никак. Что
самое интересное, с KVM 1х4 свитчом в офисе НИКАКИХ ПРОБЛЕМ НЕТ!
Проблемы не аппаратные, поскольку были и на ASUS мамке P4P800, и на
серверной маме Supermicro. Так что дело в ядре. В 2.6 как я понял то
же самое.
Хинт как заставить ее работать:
1) В бивисе как обычно по умолчанию NUMLOCK-ON
2) После lilo начинается загрузка. Ждем.
3) Как только ядро начинает насиловать железо, NUMLOCK гаснет. В
этот момент его нужно опять включить. Промежуток времени небольшой,
несколько секунд, но успеть легко.
4) Когда загрузка заканчивается NUMLOCK гаснет опять, но клава
работает!
Вообщем это не бага, а очень полезная фича, чтобы чужие дюди по
консолям не шарились :)
Проверено на двух компах, работает железно (у меня).
