Привет. Я уже писал об этом недавно. У меня была та же проблема.
Я обновлял ipchains и iptables из Сизифа. Главное, чтобы ipchains -L -v -n
не ругалась на несовместимость с ядром (у Вас, насколько я понял 2.4, так?).
Работает. Один-единственный баг (может быть это только у меня - но
ОЧЕНЬ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! ПРОВЕРЬТЕ!!! - ключ -Z НЕ РАБОТАЕТ ВКУПЕ С ЛЮБЫМИ
ДРУГИМИ КЛЮЧАМИ).
Раньше я давал команду ipchains -L -n -v -x -Z - снять статискику и
обнулить - теперь приходится сначала ipchains -L -n -v -x, а уж потом
ipchains -Z.
А так все работает. Будут вопросы - пишите.
P.S. У меня ядро 2.4.9 из сизифа.
