Есть два типа тегов id3v1 и id3v2 первый пишется в конец, второй
пишется в начало. Вторая версия поинтереснее первой, т.к. размеры
полей практически неограничены, можно впихнуть картинку и тому
подобное. Просто не весь софт ее поддерживает.
