Такие сервисы Windows предоставляет, однако:
1) не факт, что синтаксис их использования проще, чем написать пару
функций обращения к прокси самому;
2) "исправляется отдельно" здесь не прокатывает, это же не открытый
код. Представьте себя на месте RITlab'овских ребят: обнаружился в
MS'ном коде баг... когда его исправят? Вполне возможно, что лучше,
легче и - уж точно - быстрее самому породить баг и самому его убить ;)
