Не та, значит, общественность. По-моему, стоит в БГУ поискать. Есть у
меня один знакомый оттуда (историк). Он пламенный белорус и возможно
найдёт кого-то. Сам он в компьютерах не разбирается, и зовёт друзей
чтобы дохлую 98 поднять, но проверку правописания искал год. Возможно
стоит обратиться в ТБМ (контора, насколько помню, в переулке Румянцева
возле круглой площади находится).
