Лечить так: sudo apt-get install kdebase-kcmshell
В этом случае появляется пункт с настройкой. Правда, что-то
настроить стартовую страницу не получилось :( Все равно
по-умолчанию открывает синию страницу АЛЬТа :( И еще почему-то
konqueror у меня не хочет отображать закладки. Хотя они есть.
И еще: создал пользователя. Он заходит в KDE. Вылетает окошко с
сообщением, что не удалось запустить какой-то там klauncher. Но
это не главное. Самое ужасное, что при выходе из сеанса
пользователь оказывается не в консоли, а снова загружается KDE :((
Вообщем, у меня все плохо с KDE :(
