В случае запихивания в .cmd - символ процентика продублировать :)
Замечк так же, что многозадачность всех PC-шных ОС в случае несусветных
очередей на обращение к диску (особенно - запись) есть понятие весьма
относительное.
А вообще, подмечено, что Windows NT/2K/XP работает гораздо лучше после
установки в систему GNU/REXX
