Вот мой пример:

keytable (hd0,4)/boot/ruwin_ctrl-CP1251.klt
altconfigfile (hd0,4)/boot/grub/menu.once
default 0
Надо просто выкинуть вашу строчку "color black/cyan yellow/cyan". Цвета
для VGA задаются другим образом.
