Creative Modem Blaster PCI... Кто-нибудь когда-нибудь слышал что-либо о такой
железяке? Есть ли хоть какая возможность прикрутить ее к Линуху? Или никакой
в принципе?

А что на чипе этого бластера написано? Информации маловато, чтобы ответить прямо. Сейчас полу- и совсем не аппаратных модемов только ленивый не делает.
Сходите на linmodems.org Если что-то похожее на то что там есть, то почему бы и не
