Подобное наблюдалось при версиях BIOS 2.09 или меньше (ошибки в APM).
Исправляется прошивкой BIOS версии 2.11 в сервис-центре или самостоятельно:

(если прошивать будете сами, обязательно прочтите на http://www.v-service.ru/
раздел BIOS).
Другой вариант -- собрать ядро без APM (по словам ребят из ASP Linux,
сам не пробовал).
